GROUP SESSIONS TIMETABLE

All groups (except for Barre run in the external venue and zoom) are small  - 6 people maximum - and last 60 minutes. If you are interested in joining please inquire about spaces available. The first session is a free trial.

BOXFIT (zoom)
Cardio focused and lots of fun. Works your core like nothing else too!

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training. Intense work intervals alternated with short rest intervals. Can be low or high impact.

Saturday

9am

BOOTCAMP
Cross-fit style session. HITT, weights, speed, sweat, repeat.
