PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 (trainer and one client) sessions are designed to focus on the individual goals of the client, working around clients time availability and physical constraints.
These sessions are designed for those with limited time allowance and/or lack of self-motivation.

GROUP
TRAINING
My small group training sessions are no bigger than 6 people.
There's no escaping the trainer's watchful eye in such a compact sized group and we do work hard. Equally - small numbers give a trainer an opportunity to cater for those with injuries and health issues.
POWER BARRE
​
Power Barre is a ballet inspired method created by fusing ballet movements, Pilates alignment and sports conditioning. It is perfect for any age or fitness level as one can easily adjust the difficulty level.
