Following successful introduction over lockdown I decided to continue with one live online class.

We use the ZOOM platform so please make sure that your signal strength and connection speed are good enough to participate.

BOXFIT

         

This class is designed to work your whole body with lots of boxing and kickboxing elements. I incorporate core, body weight and resistance training to maker sure you are getting a great workout! It is an amazing stress reliever. No need to know how to box to attend :-)
